Three Pear Studios is a multifunctional arts space which boasts a beautifully constructed and professionally equipped recording studio.

Run exclusively by professional musicians, performers, and engineers, 3pear provides creative resources with an experienced comprehension of space, process, and equipment as they relate to creative work, as well as an aesthetic for atmosphere, comfort, and service.

The versatile rooms may be rented for recording sessions, music and theater rehearsals, workshops, classes of any discipline, photo shoots, chamber recitals, and....well.... whatever you dream of.

The recording facility may be booked by artists directly, with or without their own engineers, or by engineers, enabling them to bring their own projects to our facility, charge their own rates, and set their own hours.

Located in the beautiful and bustling Andersonville neighborhood of Chicago, beaming with bars, restaurants, cafes, and shopping, 3pear is a comfortable, professional space where artists may create with ease, work for themselves and find community.
