3pear is a resource to audio engineers and musicians alike. Run exclusively by professional musicians and engineers, we know how to make your session run smoothly.

Engineers are invited to bring clients into our relaxed, yet professional space, enabling them to work on projects that are too large or involved for a home studio, or too special to bring into the time-crunched corporate studio.

While maintaining extremely low rates for our equipment-laden rooms (with the intention of creating a resource for engineers, not a huge profit from them), at 3pear all clients enjoy a deserved feeling of professionalism.

Perhaps most of all, 3pear offers liberation from the day-to-day grind of large corporate studios, and a well-earned break from the home project studio, while maintaining a superior level of quality in recording rooms, equipment, and service.

Musicians and bands can expect the same level of quality, laid-back professionalism, and overall good-vibes experience as the engineers who book our rooms.

Offering everything from a large, gorgeous, fully-equipped rehearsal space, to an all-out recording studio, and even an intimate performance setting, there isn't much that can't be enjoyed here. Combined with our extremely competitive rates, you really can't go wrong.
