Front Room: (25’x 24’ with 11 ft. ceilings).

The front room is 3Pear’s most versatile space. It may be used for recording, rehearsal, lectures, classes, gallery space, performance, and just about anything else. Adjustable, removable sound treatments allow your project versatility in shaping the naturally live acoustics of the room. Three large windows let in plenty of natural light. Exposed brick walls and our large fireplace enable you to create as warm and intimate an environment as you desire. Two large ceiling fans, ample, adjustable lighting, and a soft laminate wood floor further allow you to completely develop the atmosphere you desire for your project or event.

The floor is soft enough for yoga classes, and our high ceilings make for an excellent gallery feel. Our professional PA system satisfies any client need, and it's all well heated and cooled. Have fun!!!
