Recording Rates:

Artists can use one of our expert house engineers, or can feel free to bring their own engineer into our facility at reduced rates.

We also offer special daily, weekend, and weekly lockout rates. Please call for details.

Recording rates include a house engineer, the control and tracking rooms, and all studio equipment.**

A guideline of our rates is as follows:

Corporate:
Voiceovers, Jingles, Commercial work: $150/hr. Includes Engineer and preset for session.

Independent Artists/Solo Musicians/Bands/etc:
Standard: $50/hr. Includes Engineer.

Freelance Audio Engineers: *
Standard: $40/hr.
Bulk Hourly Rates:
Blocks start at $35/hour.
Prices diminish as project greatens.

Rehearsal Space: *
Standard: $20/hr per room
Rehearsal rates include either the front or tracking room, depending on your project and availability, and a fully-equipped P.A. system.

To book the space for non-audio or rehearsal use, such as a gallery event, performance, workshop, etc., please call us at Three Pear Studios, 773.944.5343.
Rates generally coincide with rehearsal rates for these types of bookings, but may include a small percentage of income generated by the event.

*A deposit of $100 dollars, or half the amount of the booking price if it is more than $100 total, must be made upon scheduling. This amount will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled less than a week prior to scheduled time. If a booking is made within one week, 72 hrs notice is required.
**Additional fees may apply if a piano maintenance is required for your specific session.

All rates are for actual time used. If you need additional time to set up or load out, please book your time accordingly. Overtime charges of 50% of your hourly rate may apply before and after your scheduled time.
